Special pain therapy and infusion therapy
|
Preventing pain from becoming chronic requires quick and effective treatment of the acute pain. If the pain has already reached the chronic stage an intensive course of treatment has to be initialised to break the vicious circle of pain. Special treatments are adapted, implemented and combined for each patient individually. The methods are:
These methods of treatment are employed in cases of existing chronic pain, such as chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, slipped disc, tinnitus therapy, migraine and dizziness as well as a great many others. |
Infusion therapyWith infusion therapy, a number of special medicines, important vitamins (especially Vit. B complex), painkillers, muscle relaxants and others can be administered directly to the body. The infusion lasts about 20 minutes. Chronic fatigue syndromes such as burnout syndrome can be improved with special infusion therapy. This also applies to regeneration treatments following serious illnesses, but also to sportspersons who have played a lot of matches within a short space of time. |

ACP therapy - for painful arthroses and sports injuries
The ACP (Autolog Conditioned Plasma) treatment is a new form of therapy for the treatment of diseases of the joints, ligaments, tendons or muscles. Both degenerative (due to wear and tear) and traumatic (consequences of injuries) conditions can be treated.
|
For some time now, there has been an alternative to conventional therapies for the treatment of arthrosis or injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments. With the help of so-called Autologous Conditioned Plasma (ACP), pain in osteoarthritis can be relieved and healing of injuries to the musculoskeletal system accelerated. Platelets always play a decisive role in an injury, both in stopping bleeding and in wound healing. This function is exploited and enhanced by ACP therapy in the tissue. ACP in the applicationA small amount of blood (15 ml) is taken from the arm vein using a specially developed double syringe. The blood is then separated by centrifugation. This separates the part of the blood that contains the body's own regenerative, arthrosis and anti-inflammatory components. This part of the blood is then separated using the double syringe. Now the active components of the blood are ready for injection into the affected area. The injected platelets now begin to release growth factors in the affected area, which support the healing and regeneration processes. The double-chamber system enables both a sterile blood collection and subsequent sterile injection of the growth factors and thus offers protection against infections.
